CHRISTMAS 2024: Please order in plenty of time for the festive period. Royal Mail advises the last dates for posting will be 21st December for the U.K. (Royal Mail Tracked 24) and the end of November for International. I will continue posting after these dates, but there will be less chance of the artwork arriving by Christmas if ordered after these dates.
If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout.
Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.

I paint everyday in my studio…or to be more precise, the back bedroom! I paint using acrylics & oils. My favourite though must be acrylics as I work fast & I like how the paint dries quickly.
I'm an intuitive painter. I do a lot of mark making before I lay down any paint. From these initial shapes & tones, I can carve out what I want to depict. My favourite subjects are land & sea scapes, along with the flowers & critters of Scotland.
My other passion is the work I do with Guide Dogs For The Blind Association U.K.. It's such an honour & pleasure to work with these young dogs, even when they get muddy or hide your slippers! Any spare money from selling my artwork goes to buying various pieces of equipment for the dogs.
