If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout.
Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.

Full description
This is a small framed, original painting of a standing stone in Scotland. In this artwork, the Kilry Stone takes pride of place. The acrylic paint has been applied with twigs to indicate the rough surface of the stone with greys and blue tones poking through, providing some highlights. The trees and grasses have an almost blurry look which provides a light backdrop to this ancient monument.
