CHRISTMAS 2024: Please order in plenty of time for the festive period. Royal Mail advises the last dates for posting will be 21st December for the U.K. (Royal Mail Tracked 24) and the end of November for International. I will continue posting after these dates, but there will be less chance of the artwork arriving by Christmas if ordered after these dates.
If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout.
Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.
(74) This painting is called, 'It Took Time To Get This Far.' The inspiration has been my travels through Scotland and finding so many places that you just don't want to leave. This would make an ideal gift for any occasion.

Full description
This is an original mounted painting of a Scottish landscape. In the background, the sky, the borderline of trees and the loch are all a variety of clear blues. In the middle ground, there is a yellow field. This yellow blanket acts as a perfect backdrop for the purple, blue wildflowers in the foreground. This acrylic painting has been created using professional quality acrylic paints and a mix of brushes, sponges and painting knives.
