I love making bags! This bag is to my own pattern and design.
I attended a bag making course a couple of years ago and learnt so much about bag construction. There is a lot to consider - not just the exterior fabric, but the lining, the fittings and the all - important interfacing. Interfacing gives a bag structure and form and a professional finish.

Bright Blue Cathedral Windows Patchwork Bag, entirely handmade by me.
Made with premium cotton and contrasting linen for the base and handles.
Fully lined with cotton print fabric and an internal zipped pocket.
Measures 18" (46cm) wide x 13" (33cm) high x 4" (10cm) deep. The handles when in use add a further 10.5" (26cm) to the height of the bag.
