I refuse to throw away pieces of wood, especially oak, and so turned a really small offcut into this lovely little pot.

The pot is made from natural oak hardwood, and finished with a commercial resin and beeswax product (Alife Shine)

Full description
This small, delicate oak pot fits comfortably in the hand and would be ideal for small items like stitch markers, buttons, safety pins and the like.
The pot is really tactile and feels smooth and warm to the touch.
Please make sure you note the measurements, the little pot really is little!
It is around 6cm in diameter at the top, 4.5cm at the bottom and 4cm tall.
The wood is finished with a natural resin and beeswax, but should not be used for food or drink.
Wood is a natural product, and over time with changes in humidity can warp and in extreme circumstances small cracks can appear. This is a normal part of owning hand turned wooden items.
