I love playing Dungeons & Dragons and I wanted to make some natural wood items that would be useful in the game.

This item is made from natural zebrano hardwood. It is finished with a commercial beeswax & orange oil product (Howard feed n wax).

Full description
This tall box is designed to hold a single set of standard size polyhedral (roleplaying) dice for games such as Dungeons & Dragons. It can hold a d4, 6d, d8, d12, d20 and two d10.
The inner diameter is 25mm, which is wide enough to fit regular polyhedral dice. The inner depth is 95mm, and the lid has an additional 18mm in depth. The external height is 14cm with a diameter of just under 4cm.
The box is turned from Zebrano and has a striking light and dark brown grain pattern. The lid has a firm suction fit and will not fall off.
The dice in the photograph are not included with the box.
This items makes an elegant and natural way to carry a set of dice. The lid can even be used as a dice rolling cup and is easily large enough to accommodate a d20.
Wood is a natural product, and over time with changes in humidity can warp and in extreme circumstances small cracks can appear. This is a normal part of owning hand turned wooden items.
