Carnelian, like Quartz is a form of Chalcedony.
It ranges in colour from light orange through dark orange-red to red-brown.
Red Carnelian is associated with courage, self-confidence and passion.

Full description
This freshwater Pearl bracelet features a band of five freshwater button Pearls, separated by tiny 1.8mm sterling silver spacers and flanked by quality Austrian crystal bicones in the colour 'scarlet'.
The circle is completed with alternating beads of 4mm red Carnelian and 5-6mm baroque rice Pearls.
Button Pearls are similar to potato Pearls, but are flattened on one side, while baroque Pearls are non-symmetrical with surface irregularities.
Both have a creamy-white colour with a lovely rainbow iridescence when they catch the light.
Handmade in my home workshop here in beautiful Devon, UK, this would make a beautiful gift for a June birthday, 30th wedding anniversary, bridesmaid, Valentine or Mother's Day gift, or to keep as a treat for yourself.
This stretch bracelet measures approximately 7 inches (17.5cm).
