I am happy to wrap and send gifts direct to recipients with a note - just specify their delivery address when you check out (I use either special delivery or track 24 so you can follow it round the country to the recipient). I cut and polish my own fordite, surfite and bowlerite, I'm happy to take commissions. If I don't have shipping to your country set up please drop me a message as it might be possible.

This triangular pendant has a particularly swirly patterned piece of fordite which is bezel set in sterling silver and finished with a simple loop bail. The colour palette of this fordite is dark and muted with dark red and navy interspersed with chocolate brown, taupe and ochre, the pendant is reversible with the pattern on the reverse being much simpler than the front. This unisex pendant measures approx 40mm (inc bail) by 23mm, it comes with a sterling silver chain but the bail is big enough that you could pop it onto a leather thong or cotton cord if you wanted to (drop me a message if you would like me to do this).
Fordite is the name given to the build up of paint in spray booths at car factories however I believe this material came from a body shop where they were doing resprays after damage (it handles differently to material that has come from factories when I'm cutting and polishing it). I haven't managed to date this material either but I suspect it is older due to the lack of metallic/ sparkly layers (one of my fellow fordite geeks thinks it might be from a Ford factory in the 40's but I haven't managed to match it to a specific colour chart). If you want fordite from a specific manufacturer or era then drop me a message, I cut my own material and have a bit of a stash.
