Full description

This pendant features a shimmery cabochon of bowlerite bezel set in sterling silver. Bowlerite is the name given to plastic recovered from old bowling balls, this particular one is black with veils of shimmery silvery pink and blue and must have been quite a sight as a ball. The colour and shimmers remind me of the northern lights or oil on water. This pendant has a fan or rounded wedge shape with the bail mounted at the pointy end.

Approx 55mm drop (inc bail) by 30mm, comes complete with a sterling silver snake chain in a gift box. The bail could take a thong or ribbon if you wanted to swap it over.

If you love the idea of sustainable jewellery made from old bowling balls but not this piece then drop me a message, I have a contact who buys the old balls at yard sales and then sells mixed boxes of chunks of the plastic, my box of rough has quite a range of colours in it (but alas no more of this colour way).
