I am happy to wrap and send gifts direct to recipients with a note - just specify their delivery address when you check out (I use either special delivery or track 24 so you can follow it round the country to the recipient). I cut and polish my own fordite, surfite and bowlerite, I'm happy to take commissions. If I don't have shipping to your country set up please drop me a message as it might be possible.

This eye catching necklace features a free form leaf shape of vintage fordite which is bezel set in sterling silver and finished off with a simple loop bail. The fordite has concentric rings in shades of blue, white, silver with a bit of red and orange to give it a pop. Some of the bands are metallic paints and sparkle in the light. The pendant has an open back setting but since it was cut from a flat sheet the back is plain by comparison to the front. Measures 55mm (inc bail) by 28mm wide, comes in a gift box complete with an 18in sterling silver chain but the bail is big enough that it could go on a ribbon or leather thong if you wanted to swap it over.
Not come across fordite before? Its the name given to layers of cured paint that built up in spray booths in car factories. I have compared this material to old colour charts and thanks to the presence of several unusual colours I believe it to be from the Dodge factory in 1970. Love the colours but want something else? Drop me a message, I have more of the rough so could make you something extra special.
