Mandrake roots have long been associated with fertility and magic due to their startling human form! They have been used in magical practices throughout the world. They are said to emit a fearful shriek when removed from the ground!

Melville Mandrake is a little shelf-sitting ceramic magical plant. He may be senior in years but he can still cause plenty of trouble! Melville has been finished in oxides to give an authentic earthy, rooty feel with vibrant green glossy glazed leaves.
I AM AN EARTHENWARE CREATION - that means that although I am beautiful and strong, I should ideally spend my life indoors. I can be put outside during warmer, dry weather but please take me back inside when it gets wet and cold so that the frost and damp don't cause me to crack.
Size approx: 13cm tall, sitting.
