Lovely quilted Fox Panel Tote Bag, entirely handmade and unique.
It measures 15.5" (39cm) wide by 11.5" (29cm) high by 4" (10cm) deep. The handles when in use add an extra 10" (25cm) to the height of the bag.
Fully lined with a useful internal zipped pocket.
I've constructed this bag using a lovely printed fabric panel depicting a fox standing in a countryside setting for the front side of the bag. I've framed this with teal quilted side panels. For the reverse of this bag I've used a whole piece of purple, teal, cream and mustard patterned fabric, to co-ordinate with the front panel. I've also sewn a layer of soft wadding behind the main panel which gives the bag a wonderful padded texture. All fabrics are premium 100% cotton.
The bag base, handles and inside top of the bag are all made with light blue coloured cotton. I've also quilted the base pieces and edge topstitched the handles.
There are "box" corners on the base which enable the bag to stand up on its' own.
The bag closes with a gold coloured magnetic snap and the lining is a co-ordinating mid blue cotton fabric. The internal pocket has a light blue zip and I've also added my gold coloured brand label to co-ordinate, giving this unique bag that final special touch.
