I love making bags! This bag is to my own pattern and design.
I attended a bag making course a couple of years ago and learnt so much about bag construction. There is a lot to consider - not just the exterior fabric, but the lining, the fittings (magnetic snaps, etc ) and the all - important interfacing. Interfacing gives a bag structure and form and a professional finish.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
Lovely quilted Blackbird tote bag with a beautiful blackbird illustration on the front panel and a patterned back panel. I've fully lined this bag with co-ordinating teal striped cotton fabric and have added a useful internal zipped pocket.
This bag measures 11.5" (29cm) high plus the length of the handles, which are 10" (25.5cm) high. It is 15" (38cm) wide and 4.5" (11.5cm) deep.
The colourful front panel is printed with a blackbird and countryside design in shades of black, grey, blue, green, purple, yellow and white. I've added a green checked panel on both sides. For the back panel of the bag I've used a co-ordinating patterned print fabric in shades of teal, white and green. A layer of soft cotton wadding is sewn into the bag and this provides a lovely soft texture. All fabrics are 100% cotton.
For the base, top of the lining and the handles I've used a pale grey linen and have added quilted lines and topstitching for added texture and interest. I've also made "box" corners so that the bag will stand up on its' own.
Inside the bag you'll find a teal and white striped cotton lining with a zipped pocket and a silver coloured magnetic snap to close the top of the bag.
This bag is truly unique, one of a kind! There is only one available.
