I enjoyed drawing this young red squirrel, I wanted to capture the qualities of the animals coat and bushy tail. Sightings of red squirrels are quite rare in my part of the world but I was able to observe them in Bavaria and Austria where their habitats are less threatened.
I am a member of two miniature art societies, so drawing tiny detail is my preferred technique.

Full description
An original pencil drawing on paper, signed by the artist. The drawing is small scale, slightly under three inches. It is unframed. It will be carefully wrapped and sent flat between stiff cards and in a strong card envelope, to ensure safe arrival. I can gift wrap if requested.
