I visited a wildlife sanctuary in Staffordshire that housed orphaned hedgehogs, this young animal was curled up in a ball and I was instantly smitten. We have hedgehogs in our garden occasionally although they are becoming rare now in Britain. I try to make a safe haven and good hiding place for them with access to neighbouring pathways. The illustration was watercolour on paper, it was then scanned and a digital file printed.

Full description
This is an open edition print, unframed, made from my original water colour illustration of a hedgehog asleep. The print has a white border and is A4 size, it will fit into a standard sized frame. It is sold unframed without a mount. It has been printed onto good quality archival acid free paper using Canon Chromalife 100 plus inks for enhanced longevity.
