I couldn’t walk past this frayed and faded vintage tablecloth. It has such a charming homemade quality to it. The child like animals are irresistible, and there was just enough for a set of little bags.

Full description
This make up bag is upcycled with charming hand embroidered farm animals, zoo animals and pets. Along the bottom and up one side is a pair of mischeivous kittens, a little dog, a deer, a giraff and an elephant! Simply worked in a tight cross stitch, these animals have a homespun beauty all of their own. Little zip up bags are so useful for storing tote bag clutter, make up or headphones. This one would make a lovely present for someone learning to embroider, a vintage textile lover or for a mum to be!
The bag is backed onto cotton to strengthen it, but it is still a soft little bag
It measures 15 cm by 22 cm with a dusty blue zip 22 cm long.
There are 2 decorative vintage buttons on the corner, and it is lined with a vintage ditsy floral lining. The back is a fine blue needlecord.
There is a little hook so you can display it and admire this little handmade embroidery
Please wash by hand or on a gentle wash, and leave to dry naturally.
