This fleece is from a local flock, it is part of my campaign to make British wool profitable. A percentage of all sales will go back to the shepherd who cares for these sheep.

Full description
A 50g bundle of Manx Loughtan fleece which has been hand washed and sorted, but not opened or processed in any other way.
Manx Loughtan sheep are classed as primitive rare breed British sheep. Their fleece is naturally in shades of brown and tan with sun-kissed tips of a blond colour. The fleece is approximately 7cm long, it has a mircon count of 29-31 and is used for soft outer wear (hats, Gloves, jumpers etc). This fleece is ideal for spinning or wet felting.
