Hi, I'm The Old Button - welcome to my shop and I hope you find lovely things that you would like to buy.
I post every day, using Royal Mail First Class for cards, and Track 24 for all other items, and I can post directly to the recipient - see my Upgrades listings. Dispatch times are currently 1-3 days for most of my makes, with a few taking longer as indicated in the item details.
In the busy run up to Christmas, I'm no longer taking commissions for my embroidered play scenes and my patchwork quilts, but I have gift voucher options. The last day for ordering my custom hand embroidered Christmas stockings and Child's Drawing Pictures is Monday 9th December. For all other items I will be open right up until Christmas week.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This listing is an upgrade, to be added to your cart, where I send your purchases directly to your loved one with a message on your behalf. You can also choose extras such as full gift wrapping or a handmade card.
I will wrap your gift/gifts in eco-friendly tissue and tie with yarn before putting in a cardboard postal boxes, or composable bags for larger gifts. I also add a printed card featuring an image of my own hand embroidery, that I will use to carefully hand write your personal message.
I post your gift to the name and address you provide when ordering, using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please check each listing for the dispatch times. You will receive the usual Folksy dispatch message, and I will use your email for tracking details.
Please note, orders can only go to a single UK address.
GIFT WRAP OPTIONS
You can choose full gift wrap, with eco friendly paper, twine or ribbon and hand made gift tag.
You can change the printed card for one of my hand made Christmas or greetings card. The images in the listings are just some examples in children's themed prints, I will make one in fabric that complements the gift/s you have chosen.
Please use the "Note to seller" section a checkout to request specifics about the wrapping, or to provide the email of the recipient so they can get the tracking details instead of you.
