I found this sweetest of old embroideries in a York charity shop. With some TLC, I was able to make this and a matching little bucket bag which are both in my shop right now. Its so nice to give these old embroideries a new lease of life!

Full description
This pretty pouch or make up bag has been upcycled from a sweet vintage floral embroidery. On the front is a spray of daffodils and flowers with a 3 button decoration. There is a sweep of old fashioned flowers on the back. This little spring time make up bag would make a lovely wedding present, or a gift for someone who loves vintage fabrics.
The embroidery has been backed with cotton for strength, but it is still a soft little bag.
It is 17 cm wide and 19 cm long with a 17 cm lilac zip with a flower head pull.
The lining is a cotton printed with old fashioned roses, and there is a finger hook so you can hang it somewhere nice and enjoy this little piece of craft work in its own right. It is finished off with my own embroidered name tag.
Wash on a cool, short setting, and leave to dry naturally.
Your order will be wrapped in clean, recycled packaging and sent as RM 2nd class.
