Garnet is the traditional birthstone for January and Capricorn.
Garnet is one of the oldest known gemstones.
The ancient Egyptians buried their dead with necklaces and ornaments of garnet.
The common belief that garnets had the power to shield their wearer from harm made them popular with both royalty and warriors.
In the middle ages it was believed that a dragons eyes glowed red because they were made of garnet.
It is thought to be a highly protective stone.
Garnet is also considered the stone for a 2nd anniversary.

Full description
This stretch bracelet is made from three different shaped Garnet beads along with frosted Rose Quartz and gold vermeil detail.
The centrepiece features three polished Garnet ovals, of approximately 8mm length, separated by 3mm AAA grade faceted Rhodolite Garnet beads highlighted with tiny 2mm gold vermeil spacers.
The circle is completed with alternating 4mm Garnet and frosted Rose Quartz rounds.
This pretty bracelet measures approximately 6.75 inches (17cm).

Your bracelet will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a small organza gift bag.
