My midsummer moths are inspired by the scarlet tiger moths that appear in our garden every year around the time of the summer solstice and midsummer's day.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
This pretty moth pendant is inspired by the scarlet tiger moths that visit our garden each summer.
Each of my moths is drawn by hand before being cut out from 100% recycled sterling silver sheet using a jeweller's saw. The silver is textured all over using a hammer. Further details are added by hammering, punching and engraving by hand, giving each moth its unique character. This one hangs from a silver hoop which has been heated to give the silver a lovely texture.
The pendant has been polished by hand to give it a soft glow rather than a high shine.
Moth - 22mm x 22 mm at widest and longest points.
Hoop - approx 13mm diameter
Chain - 24 inch chain sterling silver belcher chain
The silver I use is 100% recycled scrap silver obtained from the jewellery trade and IT and medical sectors. It is an excellent choice for the eco conscious as it avoids unnecessary mining.
Your pendant will be sent by first class post and will arrive beautifully packaged in a little branded recycled box and recycled tissue paper.
