Seeing the crescent moon shining in the sky on a frosty winter's evening

Full description
This dainty crescent moon pendant hangs with a pretty little rainbow moonstone bead. The moon has been drawn onto recycled sterling sheet then cut out by hand using a jeweller's saw. The silver is hand beaten to create my signature frost inspired texture, then polished by hand to give the pendant a glowing finish rather than a highly polished shine.
Dimensions:
Crescent moon - approx 16mm high
Moonstone - approx 5mm wide
Chain - 18 inch recycled silver belcher chain
The silver I use is 100% recycled scrap silver from a reputable supplier, which is fully traceable and exactly the same quality and purity as unrecycled silver. It has been recovered from the jewellery trade and IT and medical sectors. This avoids the unnecessary negative environmental impact of mining for new silver.
