An end of line tote for my sales box. Perfect in every way, but making way for fresh stock! This wonderful fabric was given to me years ago during a York Open Studios event by a very generous customer. It has finally been taken out of the “ too good to use “ box. Its been too long! there is a matching cosmetics bag in my shop too.

There is nothing wrong with this tote, its in my sale section as an end of line, and will make some space for new arrivals! Made from a fabulous vintage Sanderson fabric, this simple but sturdy unlined tote or shopping bag would also be useful as a book bag. Pretty and practical, it has a small inside pocket for your phone, and folds up into its own little pouch, ready for all those unexpected buys when you want to avoid plastic bags. It would make a nice practical Birthday present, as a gift for a vintage fabric lover, or as a present for someone needing a hug right now.
The bag measures 32 cm across the front and is 36 cm long. It is sewn with strong French seams.
There is a pair of handles each 62 cm long, and the bottom is boxed to make it more roomy.
The bag folds up to fit inside its own matching pouch measuring 18 cm across and 20 cm long.
The inside pocket is 12 cm by 12 cm and is finished off with my own embroidered name tag.
Please note that the pattern placement will vary a little from bag to bag, but I try to keep them as similar as I can.
Please wash on a short cool cycle, and hang up to dry on a line or clothes rack.
I like to recycle. Sale bags are plainly wrapped in clean, reused packaging from my hoard, and sent as Royal Mail 2nd class.
