Czech glass pearls and Austrian crystal in shades of cream, ivory and gold.
The focal point of this necklace is an 18mm beautifully sparkling top quality Austrian crystal scallop shell that shimmers in the light and hangs from a gold-plated bail.
it is in a colour called 'golden shadow'.
It hangs between graduated 6,5 and 4mm Czech glass pearls with 'golden shadow' crystal bicones for extra sparkle, and highlighted with tiny gold vermeil spacer beads.
Gold vermeil is sterling silver that has been plated with 18K gold.
The Czech glass pearls are a lovely ivory cream colour with a beautiful sheen.
Fastens with a Tibetan style toggle clasp in the shape of a rose.
The clasp is 'antique gold' in colour, and is nickel and lead free.
Handmade in my home workshop here in beautiful Devon in the UK, this would make a stunning gift for a June birthday, as pearl is the birthstone for June and Gemini.
It would also make a lovely anniversary gift, especially for a 30th 'pearl' anniversary, as a wedding accessory, or part of your new holiday outfit for the summer.
This necklace measures approximately 17 inches (43cm), excluding the scallop pendant, contact me via the button below my shop banner if you would like it shortened or lengthened.
Your necklace will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a pretty organza gift bag.
