Especially for Valentine’s Day I've made five utterly unique, limited edition tiny wool Toco Toucans in 1:12 scale natural-habitat dioramas. A tiny bird perfectly formed to share your love with that special someone, be they bird lover, miniature collector or dollhouse enthusiast.

Your tiny Toco Toucan sits atop a piece of Whitstable beach driftwood nestled into a mossy bed of wool, and has a flowering yellow bromeliad made from wool and beach-foraged dried wildflowers by his side.

Presented in its own scenic tiny world this miniature bird is just over 6cms long and 3cms tall, is perched on tiny wire legs, has a minute wool beady eye and a fabulous over-sized orange beak for which his species is famous. He has individually crafted flight and tail feathers. Scaled to 1:12 of life-size, this dainty little bird fits easily inside the 9cm high by 6cm diameter glass bell jar sealed with a cork stopper.

Each individual Toco Toucan bell-jar diorama comes securely enclosed in a beautiful high-quality gift box tied with a bow, snuggled in tissue paper and with a signed Mindful Felting tag to authenticate it as one of my own bespoke bird creations.

Also every gift box has two specially made PVC-free vinyl ‘Toucan Love’ valentine’s stickers - each based on my note-book watercolour sketches of the Toco Toucans used in my sculpting – hardwearing enough to fit on laptops, drinks bottles, doors and diaries and sweet enough to make you smile.
