The traditional birthstone for Capricorn and the month of January is Garnet.
The term garnet actually applies to a group of minerals that are related in composition and structure, but differ in colour. The dark red that we most associate with garnet is known as pyrope garnet, which I have combined with tiny pink-red rhodolite garnets to create this necklace.
Garnet is also the stone for the second wedding anniversary.

Full description
Beautiful necklace featuring deep red garnet nuggets, 4mm garnet rounds and tiny pink-red rhodolite garnets.
Clusters of garnet nuggets are flanked by two golden hematite beads surrounding a fuchsia coloured Swarovski crystal, adding a touch of luxuriant sparkle.
The rhodolite garnets separate Czech glass 6mm and 5mm ivory coloured pearls and reinforce the colour of the crystals.
The necklace graduates to smaller 4mm glass pearls and 4mm round garnet beads highlighted with golden hematite.
The piece is finished with a gold filled trigger clasp.
The necklace measures approximately 19.5 inches (50cm).
Your necklace will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a pretty organza gift bag.
