Full description
This mini slow stitch kit is an original design developed from one of my own slow stitched pieces.
It comes with all the materials and instructions you will need in order to make your own unique piece of slow stitched textile art.
You will stitch the collage together piece by piece using simple hand stitches and adding embellishments to complete the look.
Once you have completed your collage, you may choose to display it in your own frame, or incorporate it into another project eg. to embeliish a bag or cushion etc.
Ideal gift for anyone who enjoys hand stitching, or those who would like to try it for the first time. Great project for all levels of stitchers!
Includes clear step by step instructions, a photo illustrated stitch guide and a photo reference of my finished piece as a guide.
Included in the kit:
5 x 5 inch piece of calico for the backing
Selection of fabrics (enough to complete the collage)
Piece of lace trim
3 Buttons
Needle
Embroidery Floss (3 colours)
White sewing cotton
You will need your own scissors and pins.
The finished size measures 5 x 5 inches.
