Full description
This original piece of abstract textile art, has been completely hand stitched.
The background fabric was painted first, using a technique that enables the colours to blend, so that each piece made is totally unique.
Once the background is dry, my circle design is transferred to the fabric where hand cut felt shapes are appliqued and hundreds of hand embroidery stitches added for texture.
The felt and embroidery thread harmonize beautifully with the background colours of blue, purple and salmon pink.
Measurements: Approximately 26.5cm x 21.5cm (10.5 x 8.5 inches).
The piece is UNFRAMED and comes mounted on mount board.
Can be displayed vertically or horizontally to give two different looks.
Please Note: Colours may vary slightly to those shown, due to different screen settings, but I do try to show as true representation of the colours in the images as possible.
