Hi, I’m Lou and welcome to Whimsical Bells.
My love of sewing began when I was eight with a small tapestry picture of some houses (a picture I still have now) which was lovingly framed by my Nan, who taught me to sew. From then on I’ve always had a cross-stitch project or 2 on the go!
Since then I have caught the quilting bug and am now expanding my horizons with all the lovely patterns that can be created with fabric and thread. I work in my sunny conservatory, feeling very lucky that I have lots of natural light!
I have filled my shop with all the things I create during the school day (when I'm not on school trips), always eager to create the next thing in my head! I’m loving learning new skills and hoping to expand my horizons even more to bring you lots more lovely things.
