I have been a painter for 40 years and have exhibited widely in the UK including prestigious galleries including The Royal Academy and Mall Galleries. I have visited Japan several times and this has brought much inspiration to my work. I have held two solo shows in a Japan. I enjoy working in my studio here in Dovercourt Harwich often working towards exhibitions in galleries. I love using paper collage and acrylic to create unique one off pieces from 10 cm to 100cm in size. My oil paintings are vibrant and lively too. I am also a textile artist though this is a new venture for me. However I have shown my textile art in Japan and the world famous Tokomachi Quilt Festival and also The Festival of Quilts at the NEC in Birmingham with Art Textiles Made in Britain of which I am a member.
