If you like the look of something but would prefer different colours or for an item to be customised with a name or initials, please get in touch. Customised items will take an additional 2-3 days before posting.

Otherwise all other items are ready to send. I’ll always aim to post items the following day via Royal Mail. If this is not possible, I’ll send a message to confirm when the item will be dispatched.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
