Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We aim to post all goods out within 3 working days of order, unless a custom order and the timeline will be on the description of the product.

Please be aware that custom orders cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Products that come under the hygiene rules i.e. earrings and personal items cannot be returned unless faulty.
All return postage to be paid by customer and returned within 14 days of order. Goods will be refunded when they arrive back unused, and in the same packaging, they was dispatched to customer within 14 days of receipt of goods back to our premises.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
