Towards the end of the summer, the parsley on my allotment bolted and then produced masses of umbel flower heads in a pretty limey-yellow colour and they even smelt like parsley. I pressed lots of them to use for my Cyanotype. Will be planting more this year!!

Original Art on Fabric - A pretty bouquet of Parsley leaves and flowers adorn this Botanical Hoop handmade on 100% Cotton, through Cyanotype 'photography'. Some of the umbel flowers are embroidered with pale lemon French knots, and set off against a Denim Blue coloured background, within the circle.
The back is finished with white felt and a ribbon is added to hang the hoop, it would also look equally lovely standing on a picture shelf or dresser.
What a lovely New home gift, Birthday surprise or as a Thank You to someone special at any time of the year.

Named 'Bouquet', it is numbered and is an original artwork. It measures approximately 6 ".
The British-made Beech wooden hoop will come carefully protected in a clear bag, care instructions are included, dust only do not wash. As with all art, it should be displayed out of direct sunlight, and not in areas of high humidity such as bathrooms. It will be posted in a protective box.
