Loose coins in my pockets were my inspiration for this, I am still old-fashioned and carry a pocketful of coins (and fluff!) and this does help to keep them organised. My Grand-father made similar small pouches with a stud closure and i have one of his originals.

The Ouse is a delightful Coin Pouch/Purse is handmade using CountrySoft pull-up Vegetable re-tan leather from Leather4Craft. The Ouse is ideal for slipping into a pocket, or into a small handbag or briefcase. It is made of a wonderfully soft leather that will develop a rich patina overtime. It would suit both men and women and would make an ideal gift for a special occasion.
The Ouse has been hand sewn using Ritza Tiger thread in a traditional saddle stitch for exceptional quality and durability. This Pouch hold up to 8 standard sized bank cards, along with some folded banknotes or as much loose change as you can stuff in to it. Don’t limit yourself, as this would be ideal to hold any small items in your pockets or bags such as medicines, jewellery, keys, small items etc.
I make multiple of these and they have slight variations, and one will be selected at random
