Watch this space! I am gradually updating my Folksy Shop - this will take me a few weeks as I get to grips with setting up card payments, listings and so on!

Really my first try at chainmaille jewellery of any kind, using the soft copper I knew how to form into rings, rather than a more difficult material like stainless steel. This is just about the simplest form: european style 4 in 1 in a 3:2 pattern with my standard hook and eye clasp.

Full description

This is a copper chainmaille bracelet, the first kind I tried to make as european 4 in 1 style, with small jump rings made from copper. it features my standard hook and eye clasp design.

I have made other chainmail designs since in wider, chunkier or more elaborate designs, but this is the simplest and I think it forms an elegant and eye catching bracelet.

The bracelet measures 7.5" or 19cm, this is my standard size, it is not adjustable per se, however if you tell me you need it shorter or longer I can adjust it before shipping it to you. To get your size: measure round your wrist where you want to wear the bracelet, this will give you a figure that is "too tight" so in order to wear it comfortably and also be able to undo the clasp you need to add approx 1" or 2.5cm to that measurement, so for example: if you measure 6"/15cm, add 1"/2.5cm you get 7" or 17.5cm as the size you need.

All items of handmade jewellery come from a pet and smoke free home, and despite the 3 day 'response time' are usually dispatched much more quickly.
