As they flower so early, snowdrops do not rely on pollinators to reproduce. Instead, they spread by bulb division. However, they may still be visited by bees and other insects on a particularly warm day. Snowdrops are often known to symbolise new beginnings, hope, and overcoming challenges, making this photogram an ideal gift for someone who might appreciate the gesture at a difficult or thoughtful time.

Full description
In this Wet cyanotype, precious snowdrops are given pride of place. As one of the first flowers to appear in the year, they bring hope and brightness to a dull and cold season. A background of ombre blues and greens, bubbles and soft markings all surround these three snowdrops, sitting in a soft velvety frame, giving it an elegant look.
This photogram would make a lovely gift for someone special, to say 'thank you' or as a thoughtful gift.
Created on 300gsm acid-free watercolour paper.
Named ‘Snowdrops in the Green’ numbered and signed on the reverse, it comes with a Certificate of Authenticity as an Original Artwork 1/1
The gold-coloured frame is edged at the front with soft dark green fabric. It is approximately 61/2” x 81/2” and has a GLASS front.
The Aperture size is approximately 4” x 6”
The frame stands in portrait but could also be wall mounted.
The framed photogram will be posted in a lined, reusable postal box, and sent by Royal Mail 48hr tracked
