Feeling fed up with the current state of the world? Needing a giggle, some positivity or just a rude word to help you cope? Or were you just looking for a gift for mum on Mother's Day? A handstamped spoon is the answer. No, really, it is!
If you don't see a spoon here that says exactly what you want, you can order a bespoke personalised spoon that says... exactly what you want! See the 'Custom Personalised Spoons' collection or just click the 'contact' link in the menu bar above.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
A matching pair of small round nickel silver fruit or dessert spoons, hand stamped with complementary romantic wording. One says 'let's stay together' and the other says 'lovers forever' and each has a little heart. When you put them side by side the wording lines up to say 'let's stay lovers together forever' and the two hearts are next to each other. So you can each have one spoon and when you bring them together you have the complete inscription. Perfect for a valentine, wedding or anniversary gift or could be used as an unusual wedding proposal!
The spoons are vintage (probably 1940s to 1950s) and being alloy rather than silverplated they will always have a slightly 'brassy' colour rather than polishing to a bright silver. They are shinier than my photos make them look.
I can do other wording to order (might not have more of this identical design of spoon but I do have plenty of others!) so if you come up with your own message of love, let me know!
