I just love creating from scraps of fabric that are too small to otherwise sew with and using my stash of embellishments to make a unique item.

Full description
This little needle case is created from scraps of patterned cotton fabric in muted shades of grey, brown, white with hints of pink, red and black. Hand stitched onto a calico background with a variety of stitches in cotton threads.
Embellished with mother of pearl buttons, a fabric flower, rick rack and a metal charm.
The inside has a pocket, a tiny needle case and a pillow for pins decorated with tiny white rick rack and buttons.
Lace trim creates closure for the case. The only machine stitching is joining the outer and inside of the case and top stitching in place.
A unique piece that would grace any sewing box.
Approx dimensions H 12cm W 10cm.
