Resin Art Necklace. Sterling Silver with resin and glass cabachon pendant.
I started this piece by making the resin, silver and glass cabachon. Layering clear resin at the top, next a layer with blue glass rods and sterling silver beads and wire, then a layer of resin tinted with irridescent blue mica powder. The setting had been made with sterling silver wire and sheet with a full open back to allow the light to shine through. Once I set the resin cabachon I have given it another clear coat of resin to the front and back to seal into the setting.
The pendant measures approx 35mm wide. Fitted to a 18 inch sterling silver chain.
Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted by me to my own designs using quality materials purchased in the UK.
Your jewellery will be sent wrapped in layers of tissue inside an organza gift bag and presented in an FSC approved giftbox. Posted Royal Mail 1st Class Post, please allow up to 3 days for delivery UK. Items valued over £20 are sent recorded delivery and over £50 are sent by Special Delivery.
