CHRISTMAS 2024: Please order in plenty of time for the festive period. Royal Mail advises the last dates for posting will be 21st December for the U.K. (Royal Mail Tracked 24) and the end of November for International. I will continue posting after these dates, but there will be less chance of the artwork arriving by Christmas if ordered after these dates.
If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout.
Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.

Full description
In this original artwork, the sea and sky are both calm and the golden sands invite us to clamber down over the rocks. The wildflowers in the foreground stand tall enjoying the rays of the sunlight. I’ve applied thick layers of acrylic paint with palette knives to depict rugged, craggy rocks and hills with their weathered surfaces. In contrast, I’ve used a variety of brushes to indicate the softness of the sandy beach below.
This is an original, one-off, acrylic painting on a sealed cradled canvas. The sides of the canvas have been painted, so no frame is required. The artwork is ready to be hung or can be free standing.
The painting has a protective coat applied and has been varnished.
The total size is 15.24 x 15.24 x 1.5 cms. (6 x 6 x 0.5 inches).
It is signed at the back. Also included is a note of authentication.
I post items by first class Royal Mail. The painting will be covered with glassine paper before it is carefully encased in bubble wrap (or equivalent). It will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box.
