I love turning wooden items in the form of natural objects, in this case a toadstool reminding me of those that grow in my garden and giving it a new life as an earring holder.

Full description
A beautiful looking earring holder turned from a piece of elm wood into the shape of a toadstool. It is finished with danish oil and wood wax with some carnauba wax to protect it, give it a glossy finish and show off the beautiful grain. A light polish with wood wax will maintain the look and continue to protect it. There are 12 holes around its rim for holding earrings and a small dish at its base perhaps for rings etc. it would make an excellent gift. The size is approximately 16cm high by 7cm wide.
