Full description
This summer themed postcard is created from scraps of fabric in blue, green and white sewn onto a calico and fleece interfacing to give a quilted effect. The birds are hand stitched in black embroidery thread and the trees have been printed in a black ink and the leaves embroidered in three shades of green embroidery thread using a colonial knot stitch.
A piece of white card is machine stitched to the back of the postcard for you to write on.
A hand made card envelope has double sided tape to fasten it but you may want to add some sticky tape for security. If nothing but words are added to the postcard then it can be posted first or second class letter post.
