Caught in the Act is a print of a painting of an idyllic alpine scene exploding out of a deep blue canvas. A white owl can be seen to the left looking back at us as if she has been caught in the act of creating the landscape itself. She looks surprised. In the background there are snow tipped mountains with a green valley and pine trees on the slopes descending from them. A river is running through the middle of the valley where in the foreground it becomes a waterfall surrounded by wildflowers in rainbow colours. The edges of the painting are dark blue which heightens the vibrancy of the drips and blobs of paint emerging from the scenery. I like the idea something being in the process of being formed...

Full description
Caught in the Act is a 30x30x2 inches framed canvas print (31.5x31.5x2 including the frame) of an original painting. It comes in a white wooden floater frame (frame with slight gap between the canvas and the frame so it appears to float). The depth of frame is 2 inches (stands out from the wall by 2 inches) and the width of frame is half an inch. The print is made with fade resistant ink. It does not come with fixings on the back but is ready to hang on nails or hooks. Note that the close ups of the frame are not the same print but are included to show what the frame looks like.
