The leaves of the Japanese Anemone are great for Cyanotype, the flowers not so much as they are quite delicate and the petals fall easily. Also known as the Windflower as they sway in the breeze on their long stems. Lovely addition to my late summer/autumn border.

Botanical wall Art- Japanese Anemones have beautiful, dark green, deeply divided foliage which hover over the ground on delicate stems. They stay attractive all summer and are good for hiding dying foliage of spring bulbs and the like, although they are typically called Japanese Anemones, they originated in China.
Using the Wet Cyanotype technique here the leaves in the Photogram appear to be hovering, it could hover in your Hall or Home Office very nicely I'm sure!

Created on 300gsm acid free watercolour paper, hinge-mounted to a backboard and White mount both acid free and in a fully recyclable protective bag.
Named ‘Atasi’ numbered and signed on the reverse, it comes with a Certificate of Authenticity as an Original Artwork 1/1
Mounted Size 11” x 14” (27.94 x 35.56cm) ready for you to place into a standard 11” x14” frame of your choice.
Aperture size is 8” x 10” (20.32 x 25.4cm)
The photogram will be posted out in an all board envelope which is reusable and recyclable. I purchase packaging made from recycled products whenever I can.
