I am the Lead Artist and Curator of the ongoing collaborative creative project called
'FIFTY BEES: The Interconnectedness of All Things’.
It was devised in 2017, as a collaborative, multi-disciplinary art project to raise awareness about the diversity and plight of British bees.
This year, for the last ever FIFTY BEES exhibition, I created bees 201 to 250. These fifty new bees had another companion artist who researched its ecology & created a brand new artpiece. Each bee, presented next to its companion artwork, tells a story, offers insights into our bee population, how endangered it is & how the pollinators & we are completely interlinked with the ecosystem.
These books contain all of the bees from fifty bees 4 and 5

This special offer is for two books from:
FIFTY BEES 4 - the very limited edition, A5 book published to coincided with the bees which were exhibited at Black Swan Arts in Frome during February and March 2020 and has bees 151 to 200.
FIFTY BEES V - The final FIFTY BEES exhibition which was at ACEarts in Somerton from April to May 2022 and has bees 201 to 250.
Each book has 60 full colour pages of each of the fifty art pieces created by artist and curator Lydia Needle
