Full description

This colourful hand made unique collectors rollerball pen has natural periwinkle shells held within the deep yellow resin binder, and all came from the Sands of Wright, South Ronaldsay. The beautiful amber colour within this kitless ballpoint pen is inspired by the early light of spring sunrise as it illuminates the sand on the beach, and the grass on the hill on Hoxa. Like dawns first light, the transparency of the colour allows light to shine through the pen, clearly showing the shape and texture of the seashells within. A true collectors pen, the cap has parallel sides and a rounded end with a radius to the edge of the mouth, while the body has a gentle taper from the tip section so the shape flows smoothly through the pen. A rounded end and a long, slender taper to the tip section makes this stunning artisan pen very easy to write with. The triple-lead thread allows cap and body to be separated quickly and easily. This is quite a long pen at 160mm with the cap attached. It is 143mm long with the cap removed for writing, about 18mm at its’ widest and weighs 40g. The pen uses a standard Parker refill.

The price includes post and packing.
