Time moves so much more slowly up here. Each changing season brings it's charms, with the long summer days and long winter nights.

Full description
This delightful little wood wall clock, perfect for your lounge, kitchen, bathroom or bedroom is hand crafted from a piece of holly wood cut from a tree that was felled from a neighbours garden over 12 years ago. Designed and created in my studio at Clairdale, on the remote island of Sanday, the circular clock has a shallow bowl turning to a wide, flat rim which carries the numerals. The mottled grain pattern across the clock face gives the clock a very soft feel, The numerals are hand crafted from oak veneer, with the cardinal hours (3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock) marked with slightly wider strikes than the intermediate hours. The hands are black painted metal, and the clock has an incredibly quiet ticking quartz movement that uses one AA battery (not supplied). There is a wall hanger built in to the top of the movement, so all you need to do is find a nice place in your home for it to live. The clock is 160mm diameter, and 35mm deep.
P&p is included in the price.
The very quiet ticking movement makes this clock ideal for your bedroom or living room, and the wood grain gives a gentle, restful feeling.
