Full description

Messenger bag in hydrangea print fabric, with emerald green lining and olive/lime bead trim on flap.

Bag is 17cm wide by 25cm deep, with a long (non-fastening) flap (18cm approximately).

Strap is 2.5cm wide by 99 cm long in total.

Lining colour - closest to Pantone 582

Hydrangea print fabric is a base of cream with green/pink mixed large floral print. Lining is bremsilk. Fabric is not vintage, but looks it. It's got a lovely faded victorian quality to it.

The majority of my items are made from vintage or pre-loved fabrics. I prefer to use pre-used materials if possible as I feel it's essential we reduce the amount of waste we produce and I find so many treasures are discarded nowadays. In a few years it will no longer be possible to landfill clothing items, so I'm doing my little bit to change people's perceptions of "recycled". I spend a lot of time unpicking garments and soft furnishings and all are carefully cleaned before use.
