Buying from me

Most items in my shop will be posted to you within 5 days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated. Although if you are in urgent need of your item I will do everything I can to post the item quicker.
Custom orders are very welcome. Please message me to discuss.
You have 14 days from receipt to notify the seller if you wish to cancel the order or exchange the item. All custom made orders and personalised items are not refundable unless faulty.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
