Handmade clothing is made to order so please allow up to 10 days for your delivery to arrive.
Fabric, Haberdashery and kits will be posted out more promptly but please bera with me as I have a full time job and 2 very lively young grand children.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Handmade underwear is made to order, as an intimate garment these are not returnable, please ensure you have ordered the correct size.
